Meet Mira M. Fricke

After recovering from burnout and chronic pain, Mira dedicated herself to finding new, science-supported ways to help others facing similar challenges. She has been teaching workshops for 5+ years.
Before that, with a background in bioscience and a Master’s degree from Humboldt University in Berlin, she spent 10 years explaining complex science and health topics for international media organizations.
